The location is wonderful. I cannot imagine a better spot. i was steps from the beach. there were shops, restaurants, and spas only seconds away. the staff were friendly. the room was spacious.

The room had a coffee maker and a kettle. The hotel colors were white and purple, a nice touch in the bathroom. Shampoo and shower gel were purple. The tissue were good quality. I recommend the restaurant. Portions were good and food good quality.
I noticed a slight lack of a comfortable bar area. It could be improved with background music. This would benefit those who do not want the full on beach bar scene.

Staff were attentive. They helped and guided me. Michael and the team at reception helped a lot. The reception team always assisted me. Nothing was excessive.

the room was clean and tidy when i arrived everything was well cared for i got all the information i needed for my stay the location was great for accessing the amenities in the area
i stayed at the hotel from july 21st to july 24th they informed me upon check in that the electricity and water would be out on the 23rd i was not informed of this beforehand i should have been told so i could make other plans
